We sat down with some of our employees to figure out what makes them tick. Beneath layers of patents, intense technical know-how, and a real love for the industry, we found some pretty unique factoids:

"I ride and race motocross. I'm an adrenaline junkie - anything that really gets my adrenaline pumping. I am a roller derby referee - you know, girls skating around hitting each other. I'm into some normal stuff as well, like photography. I have this theory: if you were to draw a graph of excitement (horizontal axis) vs. fun (vertical axis), it's kind of linear, but all of a sudden it drops. You know, when it's so exciting that it stops being fun and changes to pure terror. I try to keep myself right on that edge."
